It's all about the WOW with this one bedroom apartment in Vista Mar. The apartment is bright and airy, but you just have to put that thought to one side for a moment because it's all about THAT view.

On entry from the street side, the apartment has a large bedroom with plenty of cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom, then leading from the bedroom you enter the main living space with a well furnished kitchen area to the left and seating to the right. The owner has installed a privacy curtain that can be used to enclose the seating area, which can double-up as a bedroom for guests. But many will agree that none of this is very important because when it comes to this particular apartment it really is all about the view from the terrace.
Located on the third floor of this established condominium, the apartment (like most others in the condo) comes with two separate titles. Originally the condo was an hotel with smaller rooms to the front, and larger rooms with ocean views to the rear. In many cases, during the refit apartments were created by joining the two together. This is quite useful because easy access is available via the front door (car park side) which is very handy for taking groceries to the apartment while pool access is via the main door on the terrace side of the apartment. You don't need to invite guests to walk through the bedroom.
The bathrooms are nearly new, the main bathroom has room for a washing machine if required.
The apartment requires some redecoration, in part due to the owners' infrequent visits. There are signs of filtration in the main living area, but above the apartment is just the condo roof space and therefore it should be the administrations' responsibility to correct. That aside, it would probably only require some properly applied roofing felt to correct. The need to carry out these minor repairs is reflect in the price.
At the back of the condominium is the newly refurbished pool and pleasant pool deck with a barbecue area for residents to enjoy. The common area also includes a large open space should you wish to entertain and a covered area in case it might rain.
Access to the condominium is only possible through a locked gate.
There's a small owners' locker on-site, perfect for storage if you want to rent the apartment.
Monthly maintenance fees are a little less than $100. Fees cover maintenance of the common areas, refuse collection, backup generator, security and water.
Sosua main beach is just a five minute walk away when heading downwards. :0)
