Constructed at a time when quality was key - this villa offers curb appeal the minute you set eyes on it.
Phase one of Casa Linda seems a world away from the more modern hustle of today's new construction. It's a peaceful and tranquil little oasis of 30 or so properties set in mature gardens where the idea of Casa Linda was first conceived.

Monthly fees are currently around $360 per month. These guarantee security, 24 hour power, maintenance of common areas, rubbish collection and so forth.
The villa has been used to generate rental income for many years, typical nightly rates are $175 for three bedroom or $150 for two bedrooms.
The villa is furnished as a rental property, but if you were to ask my opinion I think it's crying out for someone to love it and call it their home.
