Property purchases surge as demand from North America continues to grow
Here’s an article from the NY Times that describes the current housing market in the Dominican Republic. Although based primarily on properties at the higher end, the message is still clear… The more affordable housing is getting snapped up and we are starting to see a dwindling supply at the lower end of the market (although in the case of Sosua it’s at prices significantly less than in other parts of the country).
So what are you waiting for? The time is right. We haven’t seen interest like this in a long while and we are still waiting for the expected explosion in inquiries from other parts of the World as travel opens up again. If you can’t get over to visit in person then ask us to arrange a virtual tour because if life in the Dominican Republic has been your dream, then now is the time to do something about it.
